Question "It’s a chilling moment when the light goes out in someone’s eyes."

Obama’s Mind Game Thanks Pastor Charles

"It’s a chilling moment when the light goes out in someone’s eyes. A once-radiant child hardens from abuse. A woman’s heart shrinks after her husband’s abandonment.

The person looks the same, maybe acts the same. But something is gone, and what’s lost is irretrievable. It’s like when a person dies: in a heartbeat, the soul vanishes.

I witnessed this alteration recently when I visited my goddaughter, a radiant girl. Her mom, a hardcore progressive, has started exposing her to the darkest elements of the left. And the last time I looked in the girl’s eyes, the light had gone out. Disappeared. Just like that.

I see this phenomenon every day: a light dimming. The friendly shopkeeper snaps at me. My cheerful neighbor seems flattened.

And you hear it in the news: people acting strangely, going off the deep end. The most bizarre behavior becoming the new normal.

A thug bites off a finger. Sarah Palin’s church is torched.

Bullies intimidate voters.

Last week, an esteemed Columbia University black architecture professor punched a white female coworker in the eye for not doing more about white privilege.

He has no history of violence. So why now?

Why now? This may be the most important question of our time. Why are some people reaching the boiling point? Why do many others look vacant, like an Invasion of the Body Snatchers? The shootings at military bases, from Little Rock to Fort Hood — why now?"

I think American's have reached wit's end. There bored. There money does'nt go as far as it use to.
The exposuer to all the negative thing's we hear and see today are not healthy to our bodys believe it or not.
The imorality we see fills our brains with FILTH. Were also a GIMME people wanting far more than we need and can afford.

Though I am grieved about how low as citicens we have gone. I've got since enough to know there is HOPE !

Abundant HOPE over flowing with Milk and Honey and it's found in Jesus Christ the son of God who made us.

And don't think for one minute he has'nt got a hand on America !!! America was a shineing star to the whole world in the past.

What nation could accomplish what the United States has accomplished in a little over 200 years ?

We were blessed to be a light to the world because of what God our creator has done for us and would also do for other nation's.

We have turned our backs on God and have allowed him to be pushed back into a closet !!! And his son to.

We deserve all the suffering and more that were haveing now. I believe when the Jews blew it God turned to the Gentiles and gave the Gentiles the Jews promise's !!! Blessings !!!

Thus we have America that was blessed from it's founding and now look at us were know better than dogs licking up Vommit.

The sleeping Christian alone can revive this nation for all BUT look at them, they've become lazy and cold and Gold will spew us out of his mouth someday for not takeing a stand !

What I've said here is 100% biblical. We blame our goverment and rightfully so but we are to blame as well.

You want change ? Restore this country to one nation under God and you'll see change that will astonish you...A.H

I think what has happened is the american work ethic has disappeared due to the advent of TV spewing out it's garbage of telling us that we can have anything we want if we just whine loud enough. The liberal media is controlling our minds via subminal messages that are buried in department store music, television commercials and even rented videos. These messages are telling us to revolt against the establishment, don't work or do a poor job if at work, rebell against teachers and police and other 'guardians' of society. Politicians also push along this same thinking in the way they natter on in their speeches as to lull us into a state of euphoria if we just elect them. Our great manufacturing capability is gone and jobs are mostly reduced to minimum wage and that does not give our people any reason to work hard because it still will not pay off. No benefits, low wages, no retirements, no steady employment all add up to a poor or non-existant work ethic. Religious values are being lost at an unprecendented rate as our young people look for meaning elsewhere. America is in sad shape.

Interesting read. Unfortunately, I can not solve the problem. It would take a concentrated effort of a large number of folks to make any change at all.

I wish I could find this photo. It shows a couple with wide smiles nice cloths standing in what seems to be a large town or city.
Call it euphoria or utopia, all is well as far as the pic goes.
Looking closely however they had empty eyes. The same eyes that looked out of death camps some years later. The govt told them all is well in the late 30’s and early 40’s.
It’s a photo from a booming Nazi Germany.

Well,

our nation has been in a period of psychological and financial crisis for so long the population has naturally become affected.

Think about the massive unemployment, the unbearable debt load both public and private, the hopeless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the rising cost of living, and so on and on and on . . .

People just become overwhelmed. I'm not saying all these actions are correct - just a sort of outcome from becoming overwhelmed.

And call them crazy but some people are still going to try to make it better. Even in the face of terminal cynicism and unfocused fear.

Look at the hate and anger and BS that was spouted in the last election on BOTH sides. Look even at your most inconsequential local elections, and it's the same. I have said for years that the level of anger and resentment in this country is unprecedented. Thomas Jefferson was against political parties. He was right. Look even here at the stereotypes some of our members have about people who are different from us. And bless'em it's absolutely their right to.
And the blame game is never ending. If Obama discovered the cure for cancer some here would call it the devil's work. AND there is a whole industry of divisiveness. People are getting rich spouting BS because some of us suck it up.
And no I don't have the solution. Problems of human nature often times don't have solutions.

My friend's wife works as an ER nurse and she told us how, recently, a lot of the black people have started being rude and pushy, and saying things like, "Obama's gonna change things, you can't treat us like that anymore". There's not a racist bone in her body. I couldn't do that job, I'd end up shooting someone....

Obama's as white as I am. Those brainwashed idiots think he cares about them. Lol.

Funny. Out here in the Midwest, everything is business as usual. Our blacks still commit more than their share of crime, our whites still cook Meth, our Mexicans still roof houses, me and my buddies still go hunting, the kids still make alot of noise walking by our house after school, the dogs still bark at them, my wife is still underpaid while sometimes I think I am overpaid, the sun will rise in an hour and set again tonight and we will all awaken tomorrow if our hearts hold out.
Change? Haven't seen it. Everything is the same as when Bush was in office. The two wars Bush started are still going on, the bailouts Bush started are still going on, Guantanamo still there, the decline of the economy that started under Bush is still going on, there is no health care yet just like under Bush, the crime rate in the country hasn't gone up or down so I'd say it's pretty much status quo from GW Bush and Obama. Nothings changed. All that's going on is speculation, or fear, of what may come. Remember the same feelings when the first Bush went out and the Clinton's came in? We got through that and life was good again, huh?

Chilling indeed LTS. That is what I saw before and after my nephew went to Iraq. The sparkle in his eye was gone. I cried and said a prayer for him that night. He did make it back in one piece, and is now married. When this happens to young children it is even worse. God is pretty disappointed in this planet.

The TV won.

Lights go out in different ways for different reasons.
College kid shot by secret police . Not much that the doctors on the scene could do. Bullet wound to the upper chest.
Not for kids' eyes.

Video of the incident showed up over on m4carbine.net shortly after the incident. All of the experienced pro's said the same thing. Nothing could save her once she was hit. The consensus on the akforum.net was the same.
