... I agree. The minute they threaten any part of the United States Constitution, they should be removed from breaking their oath of office ... regardless of party affiliation, title or position.

I think there is a word for that Larry, Yep, I know there is. Its called:
TREASON.
It is a shame that a large part of the American public does not realize what is happening to country. People are being put in key position that Obama can manipulate the way he wants. And yes treason is the correct word.

I would say that the key point here would be the circumstances and reasons that people would be placed on this "Terrorist Watch List". It sounds like a thinly veiled attack of law-abiding citizen's RTKBA myself.
This is about the same specie of Rat Politics as the Patriot Act allowing taps and bugging of the citizenry on the shady pretext that they are "terrorists".
Politicians use any and all tragedies to further their political goals...goals which they wish to attain ONLY to further their own power and enrich their bank accounts. Politicians have no true allegiance or ideals other then those which ensure they get the votes at election time. I would feel more respect for Brady and Gore and their ilk if I thought they actually believed in what they said...but I know it's just a platform for them, not a reflection of their true beliefs.

It's like the "War on Terror", "Enemy Combatants", etc. Thinly veiled but anyone can fall under those catagories easily, just by making a comment on visiting a website. Then our Govt can kick in your door, disrupt your life, spirit you away to another country for interogation, or it seems now, take away your rights to posses firearms.
I suppose, on this side it looks repressive. However, if you take the approach of our Govt's "War on Terror" tactics, it makes logical sense. If you want a so called war on terror, you have to put up with so called investigative techniques such as watch lists, warrantless wiretaps, illegal search and siezures, no writ of habeas corpus, no speedy trials, no confronting your accuser(s) and now this, another in a long line of illegal, anti-constitutional acts. This is the slippery slope of "War on Terror" tactics. Sooner or later, they will come for the rights you hold important and it looks like they're coming.
What we need is a Patriot Act to reaffirm the rights afforded in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to all Americans, not take them away.
Holder, and many others, do not recognize that our right to protect ourself and our family, to include our property, is an unalienable right, a Principle of Liberty he and other continue to attack...
...and, the definition of an unalienable right is pretty clear to me:

...founding documents which contain unquestionable truths about and help safeguard our God-given rights.
