About the same reliability as a Tec-9/AB-10...may require gunsmith work for proper cycling.

I've handled and shot both SA and full rock&roll Cobrays.
My experience with the semiautos is that I would NOT buy one.
1) Poor ergonomics - grip shape, and a very poor trigger, usually has a painful trigger slap when fired that will numb your trigger finger after awhile.
2) Poor sights - okay for "Spray and pray" use, but about worthless for aimed fire.
3) Generally does not like plated bullets. Note to those who handload.
4) For those using Glock magazines - they get pretty stiff to load after several rounds.

Basically, a nifty little subgun in it's unemasculated form, but basically useless as a 'pistol'.......
