Dobbs eyes public office.

PHOENIX (Reuters) – A week after abruptly quitting his longtime job as a CNN television news host and commentator, Lou Dobbs said on Thursday he is considering career options including possible runs for the White House or U.S. Senate......

I would go for that. of course I'd need to know more about his other views than just immigration.

Stipulated. The question is, does he have enough of them concentrated in one place to get elected?

And does he have enough money to mount a serious campaign. I don't suppose CNN pays that well.

At present, unless he can show a LOT more support - I see him as just another Ross Perot. Ross started off well and made some very good points - til he self-destructed.......

I think he should start at the House or Senate level first? But that's me. But I don't think he'll have enough votes for the White House. Not yet anyhow. And the one thing you know he'd definitely do something about, illegal immigration and securing our border. lol He hates the fact our border isn't secure and the immigrants just cross over freely.
