Not to long ago the owner of Gun and Game added a feather that allows us to ask one another to be friends.
When Chris added this, I thought it was a great idea and a good way to express good will towards one another as well as stay in touch.
For the past hour or so I've gone through my friends list and deleted a few members that know longer visit
For lack of useing another word it's kind of sad to see someone who's been on here a while just up and disappear.
So what I'm asking please take advantage of this feature. Start inviteing someone to be your friend, though there Internet friends you can't have enough of them.
Another thing, though it may seem silly to ask someone to be your friend, this site has became somewhat of an extended family to many here and by useing the friend feature it makes this place so much more like a family.
So come on and go to ask'in members to be your friend.
thanks for the nice thoughts mike.
i could never figure out what if anything it actually did but....
some folks just take off because they dont like where g&g is going.
no harm no foul
they just leave.
billy I've left a lot of messages to members that have'nt been by in a while.
Most had'nt been back due to work, personal problems or found other Interest.
I"m happy to say very very few have left due to the direction this site has taken.
Matter of fact I think were the one's that change. Gun and Game is still Gun and Game.
Thanks billy for the post. Would you accept my invite to be my Friend LOL
You jus go head an do that...I'll tell everbody bout you and them chickens. And les just leave Mona out of this. I don't want cuzzin Coonie to get offended. JB
A.H. was the first member to make a friend request. Thank you Mike. You're a good egg.
How's the hunting going? I saw a large rat in the gutter out side my place but I couldn't tell if it was male of female and I don't have my Lost Angeles tags. :-(

petrol opening morning after sitting in my pop up hunting blind for 45 minutes I harvested a 7 point Buck.
You could'nt wish for better than that LOL !!! I went for a little while this morning between 10 and noon today entending to stay longer. My Step father came up to tell me he was going home so I left to. I saw one Doe as I was rideing in on my 4 wheeler and that was all.
I may go in the morning if the rain has moved out. thanks for the post...Mike
good to hear you got something. this may belong in the hunting room but what ever, what does the point thing mean? is it something to do with the antlers?
my apologies for my huntin' ignorance, but I grew up in England (I don't like the hunting with hounds on horseback that they do over there). I just read that. the hounds aren't on horseback.

And my neverending, heartfelt thanks to Chris and all who make this site happen. (Except for billy and Tex !!)

I can't ask AH to be my friend after all the Arkanslaw jokes I posted about him. (He already is on my f-list anyway.)
Let's see here: I have my big brother Texnmidwest (and I mean BIG!), Uncle Swedesteve, Sister Bunnywabbit (I think), Dad (Capt. Mill Col), and sister CGO.
Anybody I missed?

I've made a lot of friends on this site, got hooked on Mosin Nagant rifles because of this site (even though I can't shoot them anymore), and even taught a few people something. I have learned A LOT, and also gained a few shooting buds I shoot with, a lawyer friend I've managed to get free advice from (and some good deals!), and have even sold a few guns to fellow G&G'ers! Traded some stuff, bought some stuff, and spent A LOT of time reading/posting. Most of all, just have a great time in a family oriented website!
A superb site well worth the little $$ amount I contributed (Shameless hint here!) to get a green name!
