A big thanks

As some of you know, I started surf fishing this year and I'm slowly learning how to do it right. Well yesterday I went out and ended meeting Bruce. This guy gave me a ton of information on the how-to's, where-to's and when-to's. After about and hour of picking his brain, he turned around and gave me two diamond rig set-ups with teaser flys he tied himself and 2 surf plugs. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me, "just get out there and catch some fish". Amazingly the next cast I did catch a fish, unfortunately it was a short. When he left I wasnt thinking and shouldve got his number and the next time he went out I couldve at least bought him some bait.

I was amazing, here's a guy I know all of about 2 hours and he hands me probably $40/$50 worth of gear and a ton of new info for free. I couldnt thank him enough and he just kept saying "go catch some fish" or "its from one fisherman to another, dont worry about it". Bruce was the prime example of sportsmanship and generosity yesterday.
