Black Cloud?

I just bought a Benelli Super Black Eagle 2, I heard some rumors that is wasn't good to shoot Black Cloud through it. I just wanted to get you guys opinions before I tried it. Thanks Matt

Black cloud is steel I think and some low end barrels have trouble with steel. but with the advent of the new shot cups and what not have pretty much ended that. but if u think it would hurt your gun I wouldnt use it.

Benneli's are choked a bit tighter than usual. That said they are a quality firearm. I'd contact Benelli cust service if in doubt.

That's interesting. I'd say it was not true and I think Benelli's have the same over bore dimentions as Brownings and Winchesters.
As far as the Choke does'nt it have screw in chokes ??? Or is it a fixed choke barrel ?

No personal experience with Black Cloud but with that cutting edge on them I would think they weren't really good for any barrel but might be ok in a backborebarrel with screw in chokes.Backbore is .740" as oposed to standard 12ga bore of .729". ,,,sam.
