The 800 series...

Has anyone tried one? I wonder what the difference is in the single and double action trigger pull? That is one reason I like striker fired pistols so much because the first shot is the same as the last shot. The new pistols look pretty neat though.

Actually I just bought one and I love it. The double action pull is about 9 pounds and pretty smooth. The single action pull is about 3.5 lbs and breaks like glass. The reset is about 1/8" which is pretty nice. Only problem I've had so far, though I haven't fired it (thats this weekend), the magazine release button is VERY stiff and actually sticks sometimes when depressed. So hopefully that will either wear in or I can call Taurus for a new magazine release button assembly (its pretty simple, I took it apart and cleaned it to see if that would help, it didn't)
