Did anyone catch the news that the lawsuit against Tarus was thrown out by appeals judge. "She"(female judge) stated that the plantiffs did not show that the gun was defective which caused the death of the school teacher in Palm Beach County.
This is just paraphrased from the story I heard on the radio but you get my dirft. Someone finally got some common sense but I'm sure this won't be the last one. When are they going to start sueing car makers because someone was drunk, speeding or something else when they caused the wreck. Far be it from the individual to accept responsibility for thier actions.
Well finally we win the lawsuit and the judges decision should make all the other lawsuits against the manufacturers get dismissed as well.
