I want to get some lowers and need a FFl Dealer that will not break me. Any help will be app.

Go to Shotgun News and you can pull up a listing of FFL dealers in your area along with their contact info and how much they charge for a transfer.

Another source is Gun Brokers web site. At top of their home page click on "For Buyers" scroll down to "Before Bidding" block & click on "Find an FFL". Enter your zip code or state. I have not looked at other online gun sites, but they may have the same provision. These are FFLs they already have on file, so may make the process easier when buying a firearm, rather than having to get a new one set up.
