Named my LR308B

A co-worker was going around showing off his new guitar picture and by the time he got to me I had formed in my mind what I would say.
Since Rock n Roll is the work of the devil, I quickly showed him a picture of my beloved 'Guitar', which is her new name.
His only reaction was 'Oh, did you get that for Christmas?'
I said that it wasnt, and I dont get things for Christmas.

Named mine too

I bought a LR308 a year ago last fall....just before the election. (I'm the kind of guy that would more likely say "No you can't have it it back.", than "Can I have one please?")

Anyway, she's my "Super-Sweetheart". "Sweetheart" was already in the gun safe...my M1-A. I happened upon a Garand at a consignment auction shortly after bringing my Super-Sweetheart home. It's all but MINT, and is a lot of fun to shoot. Haven't named the Garand yet, but they sure make an impression when I take 'em to the range for a little excersize! Been spending the winter on the reloading bench. Can't wait till the snow goes!!
