Availability is good here in Oregon. Prices are still a bit above pre-Obama levels, but well down from their high point.

Not hard to find up here. Even the bulk eco packs are not too hard to find. Heck, I am even finding large rifle primers now!!!

Not too bad here. Wal Mart has the 550 rnd boxes sometimes, although they seem to get snatched up pretty quickly. Prices are still higher than pre-Obama days.

No problems at all in NW FLorida for ammo...well, except for a few jackarse dealers who think people are gonna pay double for Walmart bulk packs repriced at double the cost.

http://www.ammoman.com/default.htm has some last I saw. If you can afford to buy in bulk that is? I sure wish I had the cash and didn't have to pay for car repairs.

Because they've got some Winchester Ranger in 9mm I believe, last I saw/checked. Good prices for the times as well I think.

But it's out there. It's just the cost when you come across it as well as quantity as some places are limiting what you can buy. and ranges are even only letting you buy if you use the range. The one by me was doing that anyhow.

My closest wal-mart has plenty of the Winchester 333 packs for 10 bucks.

Haven't been in any real gunstores lately, so not sure what they have or don't have.

No problem in NE Indiana, all kinds of ammo .22- .45, all all the rifle ammo you want. My buddie went to the Lima Ohio gunshow Sat. and said that there was tons of primers at $38 a 1000, and nobody was buying, either everyone has all the primers they need, or are waiting for them to come down more!!!

W'all I'm sure sorry to see that I'm the odd man out. Here in central western Virginia, the local Wal-Mart has just about as much .22LR as it has had for the last year or so: two or three 50 rd. boxes on the shelf, when there's space for 8 or more different kinds and several boxes of each.

I suppose they have more behind the counter, but there's no visible improvement in the breadth of stock.

Other calibers -- .45, 30-06, and such -- I haven't been following so I don't know what change there has been. I will say that there's a lot of empty space in other parts of the ammo cabinet, though.

I was having a problem finding 9mm luger ammo. Then I hit the jackpot with a local store I never went to before but coworkers told me about.

As for .22LR no, I can buy it no problem. Cost for 100 rounds is under $8/100.

Bimart, in the Portland Oregon market has 525 bulk packs and 10x50 bricks (various makers) for $16.95. Plenty in stock.

$25 for the 333's?? WOW what a rip off... Ammo must be like gold in Cali.. Here in Michigan the same 333's are $10.99 plus tax......
