As long as they aren't that aluminum crap.

blazer is alu. & cant reload blazers.
reason why its cheaper, just another method to save some money for shooting or having some rounds sitting around. thats for people that dont reload.
I wouldnt throw the other calibers away, if you save enough some reloader might trade ya a box or 2 of ammo at a gun show for the brass.
I used to throw away brass that I didn't have a gun for and sure as s*%#* soon after I would get a gun in that cal. and I was scrambling for brass. now I have a box for brass that I don't currently have a gun for and a box for loaded cartriges that I come across that I don't have a gun for. my most recent pay off was when I got a .380 pistol during the great ammo shortage a few months ago but had a box or so of .380 s in my odd ammo box.

CCI makes their Blazer line in both brass and aluminum cases. The brass is marked as reloadable on the box. The aluminum is usually cheaper, but not by a lot. It's more a matter of which one you can find on the shelf when you buy new.

all the stuff i picked was brass i left that tin looking junk on the ground.
some of the blazer looks differnt from the rest so it might be yellow aluminum.
Some of the cheaper cases will have 2 flash holes. I was told by a friend who is a long time hand load veteran that the brass with 2 holes isn't good to load. If it is brass and has one flash hole you should be OK. Steel and aluminum cases are not good for reloading.

If you have any Makarov, .357 Mag or .44 Mag you don't need I'll give you a fair price for them. Send me a PM.

I'm not sure that Blazer brass cases were ever Berdan primed.
The aluminum stuff certainly is. You can actually reload steel Boxer primed cases. But it is rough on the dies, doesn't really stretch back like brass, and I had several shave lead from the bullets trying to seat them. Fired them off and never tried again.

I didn't mean Blazer Brass. I have loaded many of those. Some of the old miliraty surplus brass I have seen has has the two holes.
I never realized you could reload steel. Not sure I would after hearing your post. I try not to shoot factory load steel cases unless in a revolver.
