They jacked up the price though on the ex-dragoons. I picked mine up for $109 (with hand select fee) and now they are selling them for $130-150 or something like that...Regular 91/30's are selling for the usual price though (under $100, depending)
Note: If I'm not mistaken your 1922 91/30 is actually an M91 dragoon. The first actual 91/30's were circa 1929... BUT there are also some "ex-dragoons" pre dating 1929. Either way good purchase.

Yea I cleaned both with 30 cal bore brush, they just look pitted and very worn. I have others that look much better, however for a rifle thats this old there not all gonna be in pristine condition, and I am realizing that.I will keep them, the stocks were some of the best Ive seen. I like refinishing them and Im working on both of the stocks as we speak, I am using Red Mahogony stain and Wipe on poly. Im going to transfer one of my Hex Ex Dragoons barell assembly to one of these stocks, cause it came with a horrible stock but the metal work is awsome. Thanks for the advice.

.302???

That would seem strange. Think my SMALLEST bore comes out about .3105"
