Central IL CRUD!!!

Well its official!

I caught the crud going around! Chest hurts, tired all the time, but not sick enough to miss any work (thnk the lord). Alot of folks around this area have it... hope everyone else avoids it! it sucks! LOL

Still want to TRY to organize a get together for central IL folks!

Of course with the snow all melting and rain on top of it, we may need rowboats to hunt in LOL

Well,

you are not exactly alone. The crud came through the Texas Panhandle about Jan. 4th. I say that because I caught it and so did several co-workers.

Hope you get better soon. Doesn't matter what you're sick with. Being sick period just sucks.

My wife and I are just finishing up with the respiratory nonsense or creeping crud as we call it. It's been over a month. A couple of weeks ago my wife and I were so sick I asked her if this was how murder/suicide pacts got started. She told me to get the gun and shoot her first. It was really bad. Dying would not have bothered me in the least. The couging was really bad and she pulled a side muscle doing it. One lady down here broke a rib coughing. I slept in my recliner for about three weeks. Still having trouble getting through the night, too. My advise is to kill yourself now.

That's the report from 30 miles East of St. Louis.

Only problem down here in sunny Florida is the pollen in the air - Spring sprang late and the flowers are making up lost time! Washed my van last weekend - four hours later you'd never known it - it was covered in yellow gunk and plant litter again!
We have our allergies acting up too - coughing and sniffles - not a cold, just 'that time of year'......
