Acquired New Toys

A guy at work wanted to get rid of a bunch of guns. So in the first batch I bought today I got a S&W 627 Performance Stainless pistol, with box, bag and all accessories. Also in that package was 570 rounds of 357Mag ammo, and 950 rounds of 38spec. The second gun I got was a CZ83, in box with all accessories. Appears to have been fired very little. It came with 970 rounds of 380 ammo. Total price I had to pay was $1250. I really did not need the CZ, but wanted the ammo. He also has a Glock 19 9 mm, a S&W Tactical 9mm, a Charles Daly Empire ECS Stainless, and a Springfield Compact 9mm Stainless. All of these vary in price from $300 to $450. I am thinging of buying more if I can sneak them past my wife.

He is moving out of his appartment and into his motorhome and does not have room for the gun safe and all of the guns.

I probably will buy the Charles Daly and the Springfield Compact 9mm.

Great buys. At that price I'd be interested in just about all of them but the Glock.

If you don't want that CZ-83 in .380 ACP, let's talk. I have a birthday coming up.

New Toys

Well by the end of the week I had bought 4 guns and 2500 rounds of ammo from this guy. I am not sure if I want the other two or if I can sneak them past my wife. Since I bought two gun safes for Christmas I am not supposed to buy many guns this year. Here is what I would up with:

S&W 627 Performance Center with 1000 rounds 38 spec, and 500 rounds of 357mag.

CZ83 With 1000 rounds of 380.

Springfield Armory Ultra Compact 9MM.

Charles Daly COmpact 45.

Beautiful Springfield. I want one. May I ask what he charged you for it? I like.

I paid $300 for the Springfield. $425 for the Charles Daly. I paid $1250 for the S&W 627 Peerformance Center 357, the CZ83, and the 2500 rounds of ammo.

It seems whenever I find deals I am short on cash and when I have cash I never find deals. Recently a new gun dealer I know offered me any Ruger I wanted for cost. He was offered some deal where if he sold so many rugers he would get a free gun. He planned on selling all the rugers for a little over cost but would sell for only his cost to friends in the end he would make all his money on the free gun when he sold that. Like ussual, I didn't have the cash or rather I decided now wasn't the time to spend the cash on that and so I had to pass. (note to self, get more cash)

I know the feeling. I would have had $300 out so fast my hands would catch fire if I saw that Springfield. That is one beautiful gun.

Well I bought another one. This is the last, because I don't want the Glock. I bought the S&W Tactical 9, in stainless. Have to quit buying for a while.
