Go to gunbroker.com

At top of home page, click "for buyers", then scroll down & click on tab to locate FFL. Scroll down & enter zip code & state. Will list FFLs & most of them state what they charge for a transfer.

Or call CDNN investments there in Abilene. They can tell you who to use.

BTW, if you are buying a Garand from the CMP you don't need a transfer dealer or an FFL.
