just picked up a NHM-91, info please

Just bought one of these, very nice wood with the butt hole stock and
front furniture, I would like to change out the front furniture so that I can
install a forward grip, does anyone have any reccomendations, brands
etc, thanks for all the help, also any other ideas would be helpful too

Cool is it new or used? Can I ask what you paid for it?

I used Ironwood when I re/finished mine. Very nice, and fit was good. You have to play the 922r game though, since they're not compliant with a pistol grip.. and the furniture isn't enough to get you there.

IWDproducts

Other than that, excellent guns. Here's mine with the Ironwood furniture:

Ironwood has those Iraqi stocks that look pretty nice. Mine is one of my better shooting AKs, but I like the Legend and National Match a bit better. I did the parts swap on mine and installed a folding buttstock, to take up less space when I was storing it. Not long after I bought my PSL, so the space savings idea was pretty much out the door. Anyway, any of the standard stamped accessories for AK47s will apply to this. The only difference is the nice long barrel.

That's the Tabuk Sniper stock.

Unfortunately, they only make it for the Yugoslavian model AK-variants. I've emailed them asking if they'd make one for stamped stock AK-variants (I have an AES-10a, a Romanian variant) and was told they could not do it due to leaving too little wood, which doesn't really make sense to me, since the stamped-stock buttstocks have more wood than a milled-stock version. <shrug>

Oh, and it's called a "Thumbhole stock"... not a butt hole stock. <chuckle>
