I was wondering if you could help me find date made and if bullet diameter is 308 or 311?

My only recommendation for diameter is to slug the barrel.

thankyou, as you mentioned I did slug the bore and it was 310! This is why I asked the question. AFter posting the question I latered found out savage in its early loading did load with the 311 bullet in 190 grains. Then in later loadings they adopted the 308 diameter bullet. Apparently my rifle was shot with early loading of the 311 bullet! Thanks again!!!!
