I don't mind a reminder of the rules and I think it is a good idea. But seriously, what does number 12 really mean? 11 is a really good one, but I don't get 12. Someone explain please.

well, taking it as you're serious, and trying to then be helpful to another member, it simply means #12 is reserved for any future rules, information, news etc., etc., etc...
