You might have better luck contacting the Nevada Highway Patrol then, wouldn't you? To tell them what you're wanting, giving them your contact information and letting them then put someone in touch with you rather then give you their information? Because I know they won't do that.
Or is the person you're trying and wanting to talk to a member here? Or are you just hoping you'll get lucky and one will be a member here?
