I got to admit that was pretty intense to hear. I am glad you guys have a country where the law allows you to shoot in defense of your life and property here in New Zealand we are not even allowed to protect ourselves with physical or deadly force or it is us that goes to jail and not the offender.

Listening to the fear in her voice and not wanting to kill him put tears in my eyes. But I would do the same thing as she did.

It may sound sick but to me I love instant justice. To me any rights you may have had all go out the window when you either seek to do someone else some serious harm or decide to intrude in their home with the intent of harming someone or robbing them of their hard earned posession. To bad this woman will probally be tramatised for the rest of her life but she did the right thing. One less scumbag on the face of the earth. He truly got what he deserved.

She kept touting how she didn't want to kill him over and over. Why does this make me think a procecutor will have have a field day with this saying it was premeditated?

I dont think so....the fact she kept saying she didnt want to as loud as she did would make me think they would go even easier on here because the guy HAD to of heard her...especially after he was inside the house.....he showed no remorse towards her...he had what was coming to him.
