This story on the IANSA website clearly points out what happens when the government is armed and the citizens are not.....YET THE UN, AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL AND IANSA WANT ALL PRIVATE OWNERSHIP OF WEAPONS TO END. There is not a single government entity (including the UN) on the face of the earth that is NOT corrupt in some form or another. Make no mistake about it; THEY DON'T WANT FREE PEOPLE...THEY WANT SLAVES.

I truely believe this is why the 2nd amendment was written into our constitution. Our forefathers knew that a day would come when we would become oppressed yet again, and must perhaps rise and fight with an iron fist against those who would seek to bring us under a tyranical government.
Something that is funny is that IANSA's website does not have a "contact us" link. I am sure they know the repercussions of hearing from the people! It is simply a bunch of socialistic diplomats and want-to-be dictators who run the association and does not reflect, in any fashion, the wants and needs of regular human beings.

Rebecca Peters is one of the most delusional, and threatening, individuals on the planet; funded openly by governments (including ours) and the likes of George Soros. In the guise of "controlling gun violence" she would empower every violent criminal and would be dictator/tyrannical govt. in the entire world to remove/control lives and property however they see fit.
The absolute beauty of our Founding Fathers when they declared that our Rights were bestowed upon us by our Creator is that we have don't have to justify their existence nor do we have to give a reason to exercise them. We only have a responsibility to preserve them for ourselves and our decendants against those that thousands of years of history have shown care nothing for anything but power and control.

IANSA;
I am a very concerned citizen located in the United States. I have spoken with others in my situation as well. We feel your movement is very dangerous to our safety and others around the globe.
In countries such as England and Australia, gun bans and seizures have done nothing to decrease violent crime. As a matter of fact, the violent crime rate in countries and states of the USA where gun bans have gone into effect, violent crime has risen. This is simply due to the fact that citizens have no means of defending themselves. And, in many countries where citizens DO defend themselves against violence, they are put in jail.
This is simply painful and hard to watch. Here in the United States, our forefathers wrote the 2nd amendment so that we, the People of the United States, may defend against violence, oppression and tyranny. It was NOT about hunting. It was NOT about sport. It was about defending the Union they created here for us.
Please do not assume we are incapable of defending ourselves against these things as we have done many times in the past.
We are certain, as a people, that the leaders of IANSA have armed guards/security. Why? Answer: To defend against anyone who may try to harm or injure those persons. Please, allow peaceful, law abiding citizens around the globe to enjoy that same safety and security.
