Ta-Da!

Finally done with my second Mosin Nagant Lammy stock restoration. Like a fool, forgot to take a before picture, but it pretty well matched what my M38 stock looked like Before, all dark and could not make out wood grain.

My M38 before I started stripping her.

3 coats of Mini Wax Honey Maple Gel Stain.

Thoses stocks really look nice cleaned up. You can see all of the beauty of the woodgrain like a fine piece of furniture.

Looks great. I love the look of woodgrain. The original stocks are too dark and red.

Nice I love the way a refinished lammy stock glows. The rearsenal they did on those gun stocks do them no justice

yep, German, sung by Laibach... ironically NOT a German band... they are Slovenian... one of my favorite bands over the last twenty something years...
