I know from another forum That BATFE does Monitor the Forums...They knocked on some peoples doors from purchases made on the forum of gun stuff that was later ruled Illegal.
Big Brother Government is watching us all...That is how the terrorists get in.The Monitors have way too much Information to filter about us Law abiding Americans that gets in the way of the tidbits that are being concealed or coded By the terrorists, so they miss stuff , but We are all suspects.
AM I Paranoid ?
No , I am Informed...

Well, on election night, I admitted to wishing someone would shoot the bastid, but I've since changed my views because the rest of the chain-of-command is even worse than he is. Heck, I survived Carter, I can outlast this rotten SOB.

Of course we're being watched. We watch nearly every government and political entity on the planet, so why wouldn't the government spy on its own population...even if it's done for practice to perfect a technique before applying it outside the country? Do you think that spying on Americans stopped when McCarthy's "war on the red menace" in the 50's became unpopular? Not a chance.
The internet is perfect. With a few lines of code, you can find out anything a person has on any computer. They don't call it spyware for nothing. Who do you think developed it first?

After reading all these post,I think I will just take my computer outside and put about four hundred rounds of Bulgarian 7.62x54R in it.
Do you think that the government has people that could put it back together and get anything off from it then?

well with all the attacks that happen and then a few weeks later we hear that there was a few emails that said they was gonna blow it up but the goverment guys didn't put any connection to the stories. they couldn't find a terrorist if they had too. the ones they do catch have all been caught because they tripped and fell while being chased.

And that's exactly the problem. While they can gather all kinds of information, they are terrible at interpreting that information into useable intel....or at least they appear to be. Given the ineptitude they display at even bringing terrorists to trial...or listening to the American public...it does make one wonder if the whole system isn't populated by escapees from an asylum and idiot savants.

Some idiot criminal fled the country and bragged about it on the internet in places that led to him getting caught. I call this good investigatory skills. People have been doing this for a long time. Its never been a secret. Perhaps no one did an article on it but still, no big secret.

Likewise I don't see anyone complaining when that Dateline NBC guy who works with law enforcement on To Catch a Predator and uses fake "undercover" accounts to lure in pedophiles in forums and chat rooms.

they know what I have from the background checks they ran on me when I bought my guns. They will probably read this thread so allow me to return the favor with my middle finger.
