Nope, not a gun snob. Don't like gun snobs. Those are the guys that treat you like you're a fool for buying a Rock Island Armory 1911 or a High Point. Usually synonymous with asshole.

But I could take you to a shop in Denver that caters to wealthy safari-type hunters, with rifles and shotguns that you'd pee your pants over. I go in there to look, with my hands in my pockets and I don't even get close enough to breathe on them. I'm talking $60,000 shotguns and 700 Nitro Express stuff here. Absolutely gorgeous weapons in there.

Crazy Ivan - this is in your 'hood of Englewood.....ever been in M.W. Reynolds on Broadway? Just north of Hampden.

I dont have alot and some are pretty some not. But the funny thing is that most of what I do own is all used or milsurp. My favs are my mosins.

I currently have five Mosins residing at my house, with lots of old cartridges for 'em. I also have acouple of those excellent K31 Swiss rifles, an SMLE, a Finn, An Egyptian carbine, etc. I've always been curious about innovations, modifications, methods of manufacture, etc. The only way to study these, is to have examples in your possession. Therefore, I try to possess as many variants as I can get my hands on, or can afford to purchase. I'd like to think of myself as a student of "bang, bang, kapow"!!!!!!!

I just put another 50 rounds through my Hipoint. I had zero malfunctions as usual.

I dont really talk to other people out at the range if I can help it but I do giggle just a little inside when my $450 Glock outshoots and out preforms their $2,000 custom 1911.

"I need to finish breaking her in...."

If you say so.

I am not a gun snob. Most of my guns come from big5 sales and pawn shops. I like milsurp guns because of their history and because they are cool. I would love to have Ar's with 800 dollars scopes and 5000 dollar shotguns but my sks and my 150 dollar 870 express will work for now. I dont look down on anyone I guess my guns get looked down on by some, but a m44 fireball looks cool no matter who you are.
