Guns Again !!

I was at our local Fred Meyer's grocery today to buy milk, bread, cheese, and beer today. It was about 3 PM. I noticed two homeless Natives in the entryway when I arrived. I purchased the items and headed out the door. I noticed that they followed me. Half way to my truck, I grasped my little 32 ACP and turned towards them. I asked what they wanted. One pulled a knife and asked for my beer and my wallet !! I replied, I'd hate to have to cap you for a 6-pack of beer !! But I wil !! They turned to go back in the store, and I told thrm I was calling 911 !! They went and got on the city bus !! I reported them to 911 anyway. Who knows if anything was done ??

Don't bring a knife to a gunfight! Good job, I doubt there was any way to keep them off the bus till authorities got there without repercussion.

I have been very lax lately, I have not been carrying all the time. I better start doing a better job. Something like this gives you a wake up call.

Thanks for posting this.
I just called/read this to my Son, who lives in Anchor town.
He said he was just fixing to call me.

Said he saw a couple natives on they way in.
At mid town F.M., standing in the way, by the doors.
And when he headed back, out to his vehicle.
He was approached, in the parking lot tonight.
They said non too friendly, they wanted $.
He did NOT see any weapons.
Because there hands, were in their jacket pockets.
He pulled his Glock .40, and let them see it.
Up close, and personal like.
And they scattered, like the wind.
He drove around the parking lot looking for them.
So he could report it, but didn't find them.

I wonder, who his teacher was?

Glad he didn't have the kids, wife, with him.
And that nobody got hurt!

Maybe the best possible reason for being armed. A show down was avoided.
If they continue and anyone is harmed....I hope it is them.

Well done.

That sucks that a man can't go grab some beer and cheese at the store without having to pull a firearm to protect himself. Glad it all worked out ok. I have only have to point my 92FS at a human being once that was trying to climb in my window. He saw the gun and took of like the wind! Cops came a searched for him but never found him. My finger was on the trigger and applying pressure right when he turned and ran. I was mad and more than wiling to to put a hydroshock right between his eyes.

And this is why I hate Anchorage. I had a woman try to break into my truck with me and my wife in it on the Taco bell there off of Tuder one night when I was delivering luggage for hte airport, I saw here coming and locked the doors (thank god for electric locks in that truck) she grabbed the handle of the door scared my wife have to death so I just put it in drive floor it and took off, didnt have a gun with me at all. I think I may have ran over her foot with the rear tire cause she was jumping up and down when i left.....o well shouldnt have tried to break into my truck with me in it. Again, this is why I dont live in Anchorage lol.

Thumbs up

Cases of CCW carriers protecting their lives and their loved ones, with NO shots fired, happen all the time across this nation - but the daft Brady Bunch would have everyone believe that guns are bad, because the BG will ALWAYS steal the gun! These GOOD statistics never get factored in, so people hear only from the Looney Bin........

Very good job - "Self Defense" is what it's all about!

Steve:Of course you know you refused to help support some of the main voters and supporters of liberal progressives. They are the ones the lib progs send busses around and carry them to poles to vote for what we have running the country now.Your life and beer is not worth the votes the lib prog,s can get out of those two.PATRIOTISM=SUPORT THE HOMELESS AND SHIFTLESS.(sure glad you didn't have to go any further and get into trouble over using your GOD given right of self defense) ,,,sam.

Man you know how we who live in urban areas in the lower 48 feel now, I was robbed twice when I was in the navy, and ran one off with a show of iron a few years back. Not to mention numerous burglary attempts, 5 car break-ins, and the countless times my dogs have run off trespassers.
