What in life do you like?

What are the things in life that make it worth living? What do you enjoy? It could be anything, here's what I like:

Nice sunny spring and summer days,
Clear starry nights without the moon when you can see the milky way,
A good friday night fish fry,
Popping fireworks in my yard on the fourth of July (I live outside the city limits on a farm, I can do this.),
Shooting my guns off on New Years Eve at midnight and hearing my neighbors do the same (Again, I live outside the city limits on a farm, I can do this, YAY!),
Flowers, I think they're pretty and some of them smell really good, I especially like to eat the nectar out of honeysuckles,
Watching geese fly over in formation in the fall,
Coca-Cola,
Dogs,
Ditzy women, because they're endearing and light up a room when they walk into it,
John Wayne movies,
Godzilla movies,
Vincent Van Gogh's artwork,
Ray Harryhausen's stop-motion animation,
Classic Bluegrass music,
A good night's sleep without bad dreams,
Talking to Jesus.

So what does it for you?

Waking up!
Thanking God for another morning.
Letting the wife sleep in, or spending time with her drinking coffee.
Watching wild life in the yard.
My beloved dogs.
Good simple homemade food, good old country music.
Drinking coffee.
The kids/grand kids coming for a visit.
Having a cook out, shooting with them, then watching them leave. LOL
Drinking coffee.
Driving.
Reading history
Old westerns
G&G
Shooting.
Drinking coffee.
Watching another Democrat leave office.
Praying for our soldiers & Nation.
Thanking God, for another Day.
Trying to get, some painless sleep!

Wow,

you guys really have written some good things.

I really like just hanging out with my grandchildren, taking them places, seeing the joy in their eyes when they have a new experience or learn something.

A really good history book.

The beautiful sunsets we sometimes get in the Texas Panhandle.

My annual fall trout fishing trip to New Mexico.

Taking trout straight from the catching to the cabin, cooking, then eating the trout. Nothing much beats a fresh (I mean really fresh) trout ready to eat plus the scent of a fresh shower in the New Mexico mountains.

My relationship with Christ
My relationship with my wife
My grand children
My children
friends
the sound of a dobro
kittens and puppies
the growl of a P-51
A night at sea in pitch black solitude looking at a billion stars

The smell of gun oil, cosmoline and burnt powder.
driving randomly though trails with some friends in a beat up subaru wagon
ice cold "drinks" next to a roasting hot bon fire
spending time with friends doing crazy things we will probly regret a long time from now
The sound of a car running after you just got done putting a lot of time and labor fixing it
listening to good music driving around in a car.
Spending time just enjoying life, friends, and the feeling of learning something new and valuable every day.

My God,
My Family
The smile of my significant other,
The smell of Cordite and cosmolene,
The purr of a kitten,

Knowing my friends and family are safe and well.

Life itself.. There are just too many things to write down...Every time I feel blue, or sorry for myself, I just say someone has it worse than me....Even the worse day imaginable, is better than no day..

To me it's seeing my son come home. He only lives 91 miles away and averages comeing home once every two weeks.
Seeing him again and his smile brings me more joy, love and happyness. How could I not like that.

I've also been blessed with a wonderful wife. We are a team, best friends and we never grow board of each other.

Hearing someones testimony about how Jesus has changed and blessed their life.

I like being in the great outdoors seeing Gods handi work.

I like working in my big yard and seeing the results from it.

Though I have guns scatterd all over the house I pause often to look at them. I can't explain it or find the right word but I love looking at my guns. There's just something about them that is pleasurable.
My finest one's are in a gun cabinet up against a wall next to my recliner, I never get tired of looking at them or takeing one to the woods.

Most of what others have said here I can say are my like's to, I'll mention a like thats already been mentioned.

I enjoy comeing to Gun and Game because of the many fine members it has and what it has to offer.
You can't help but like it here. The internet and this site has brought a multitude of like minded people together under one roof.
To learn, share and have a good time. To me thats a huge blessing...A.H

Jesus.

Great music from praise and worship, classic rock, goodfoot stompin' country, or some of that Motown from the 60's.

Lifting off from a runway on a cool, still morning right before the sun comes up or a flight over Las Vegas at night.

Hitting the road for a long motorcycle trip, seeing, hearing, and smelling God's creation all around me. I live in the high desert so anywhere that has green trees etc. is a plus.

Grandkids-The hugs and kisses they give me and being able to spend my time with them here in CA.
Our kids-The joy I feel knowing we raised them to be great adults and wonderful parents.
Seabeescotty-My hero who was with me every step of the way while figting breast cancer.
The smell of the beach and the way it relaxes my soul.
The smell after it's rained.
Flowers
Having a good laugh everyday is important to me.

What do I love about life?

A Gibson Les Paul, played through a Marshall stack, cranked up to 11.

The adrenaline rush of riding down a deserted country road at 110mph, and being able to keep the rubber side down.

The sound you hear when you fire the first round from your new piece.

Cold beer.

Beautiful women that are willing to cook you a nice dinner.

Most importantly, I love the freedom I still have, that allows me to enjoy all of these things.

Spending time with my family
Spending time with my freinds
Watching my 6 year old Neice for the day even though I'm beat when she leaves!
Playing with my my cat Scooter who I hand raised. he is like my child
Shooting collecting and maintaining my mil-surp rifles
Working on my huge WWII model airplane collection.
Posting here at G&G and the other forums that I belong to. I consider al of you guys my internet freinds.
A really good meal.
Reading and watching anything I can get my hands on about history especially WWII
Sitting on the patio relaxing just looking at the huge garden that surronds it.
Playing video games online with people all over the world.

Now that I look back at the list I am surprised at how much of life I really do enjoy. This was a good idea. Writing it all down makes you really realise how good it is to be alive.

Or a Gretsch 6120 Setzer cranked through a Fender Deluxe Reverb. A completely different but equally satisfying tone.

I love sweet, humid spring mornings when the air is heating up and it smells so fresh, the flowers are bright, and the grass is a lush green.
Family
Friends
Dogs
Cats
Video Games
Guns

I bet I would love a sunset/sunrise on a beach, but unfortunately, I have never seen the ocean. I need to make a trip of it this summer.
