The Mrs is spending Saturday, April 17th in Blue Springs. Since I am her transportation, I have a day and night to kill in the KC area. Anyone game enough to meet me for lunch Saturday?

Well, Saturday came and went but no takers. I wound up at Ft. Leavenwoth and hit the gym there for a workout. A guy, Big Eddie, worked in with me and wound up pushing me a bit harder than I wanted to go. He is also a Combatives instructor on base so we got in some JiuJitsu. Afterwards, he showed me around the base and then we had lunch.
Today, I'm a little sore but a visit to the sauna should loosen my muscles up.

I guessed you were on the left because you said the other guys name was big Eddie. I have some pretty big arms myself but I still am pretty sure I do'nt want to arm wrestle you buddy! Whoa! Two Super Mods in the same little town of Gladstone. What're the odds? I have a weightlifting/workout day at Ft.Leavenworth coming again in June so should have some time to get together. Will post it again.
