Short Range Day

Hoped it wouldn't be too busy today, but it was so I didn't stay too long. I did find out that the M/N 91/59 shoots pretty much to point of aim as does the latest 91/30 that I purchased. Both feed, extract, and eject just fine with some surplus Bulgarian and Russian light ball. I also put a few rounds thru one of my Turk Mausers that had been pretty inconsistent about igniting primers. I recently got a firing pin spring from Lee's Gun Shop in Irving, Tx for it, and that seems to have fixed the problem. Only had 1 failure to fire out of 80 rounds of 1954 surplus ammo. (yugo i believe) I had several new AR magazines that I wanted to function test and wanted to shoot my Savage 93F some more, but due to all the people wanting to shoot I left pretty early. One other dude there with a Mosin Nagant.

Magnum Sports, Sanger, Tx.

Rex. Let us know how those C mags work. I got a batch that haven't been stretched either.

Jim, I only used 2 of the twenty round C-Products mags that I took with me and they worked fine. I've had several of the 30 round ones for a long time, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
