- Zuchinni (Sliced in semi thin rounds)
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil (To coat skillet)
- Onions (Thinly sliced)
- Tomatoes (Quatered)
- Basil (Julianned)
- Fresh Oregano (Rustic chopped)
In a large skillet add the Oil & Garlic. Start to sautee your Onions and Zuchinni slices. After a bit add your Oregano and Basil. Near the end add in your Tomatoes.
Serve as a side dish veggie.
