*New* Remington Model 700 VTR - Page 4

i was looking at one a while ago with a buddy, he picked it up and liked the weight but he thought the stock was too thin for some reason, he bought the 700 SPS tactical in .223 and loves it, comes with a hogue overmould stock, im sure the VTR is a great gun too

I shot 40 rounds this morning in about 75 minutes. These are the last 2 groups that I shot with Midway Dogtowns. These are cheap bullets but with a little load developement they're shooting OK. My rifle is a 204. My setup is just a sandbag so I know the rifle can do better. Its a good gun. Both groups were at 100 yds. Dave
