Rossi Customer Service - does it exist?

I've tried calling Rossi Customer Service on and off for three months. I am always put on hold and have NEVER spoken to anyone and can't get anyone to call me back. Does anyone know of a working customer service number?

The one on their website is 305-474-0401 but all you get are recordings telling you to hold.

The reason for this is I need to order new sights for a matched pair 22/410 that I have. Apparently Rossi uses a special dove tail size that no after market supplier has bothered to copy.

That's sad. 203 views and no one knows how to contact their customer support?

I do not own any Rossi products, so I do not have any experience with their CS department. I would suggest though that if you have a warranty related problem on a new firearm that you purchased from a dealer that you get that dealer involved with your CS issue as well. They perhaps have different contact numbers and addresses than what you as a consumer are provided with.

Took less than 2 minutes to get someone on the phone.

Mentioned the front sights you were looking for, said no problem. Just needed the serial number.

I pressed option 1, then option 3.

Took less than 10 seconds after pressing option 3.

I hate those automated answering systems! Our corporate office had it because the only calls they received were from field stores & we had all the necessary extensions, etc. But when a customer called a field office, a real person answered! Rossi could easily set up a customer service line the same to do that also.

Tried it a couple more times - no one ever answered - no one ever called me after I left messages.
