Becoming a Ruger Owner

several months ago, for some unknown reason, the recoil from several of my auto's started banging the base of my thumb. Broken skin, blood, and finally a bone bruise shut me down.

So I turned to wheelguns, and purchased a SP101. The first time out I couldn't get the hammer back on the 4th, and 5th shots. Took it to a GS, and he found a screw (pin) against the mainspring, and fixed it. Second time out, good light trigger with DA, but that !!!! hammer is still very tight.

So I purchased a GP-100. What a wheelgun! Light trigger, excellent SA/DA action, It's a keeper!

Two days ago I stopped by my dealers to shoot the breeze. He had a P95 he was checking out for a customer. Impulse buy!!! I bought a new P95D15 from him.

It's been raining here for the last 10 days, and rain will continue into next week so I haven't been able to get out to shoot it. The way the P95 is constructed I don't think it is going to bother my hand. Very easy slide and action..

Should I have bought the P345??? Maybe, after I get to shoot my 95....
