New 10/22t- what now?

Anyway I contacted milarm and they are all out. The next ones will be $500. You mentioned one for $350? Where was that again?

Funny thing I was looking around on the net and found a Canadian gun store that sells 1919A4/A6 30/06 or .308 belt fed semi auto guns, Also the Big .50 belt fed one too. Guess what class there in. Unrestricted!!!!. I just may have to get one of them instead!!! Also milarm told me that they had one come out of layaway and selling it for $400 Bore is verry good and stock is good condition. Also comes with 10 clips. Oh and it is made by breda. And I found some other Canadian dealer that Had them on sale for a as new breda for $200 Sold out though. Crap why did I not find that before they were sold out. Oh well

Anyone know how accurate the 1919A4 or A6 are?

I'd grab the breda while you can, they seem to be drying up. Where'd you see the other ones? I'd like to check them out.

I took it out last week, but I didn't have a scope yet and the "T" doesn't have iron sights so it was a little hard to aim but fun none the less. The 10rd mag burns up too fast so I got a 25rd mag and I just got a Bushnell Banner 4-12 X40 mm mounted on it. I'm itchin' to get out on the range with it and get it zeroed but it's pouring here

. By the way, I work offshore on a drilling rig one week on, one week off, that's why I haven't been on here, I'm not snubbing anyone.

As far as doing things to a new 10/22, I have advice for new rugers ingeneral. Take them apart and clean them immediately. Ruger puts this packing grease in all their guns, and it makes the semi's start jamming after about 300rds. As for the 10/22, get a match hammer and sear combo that will know the trigger pull down to 2.5lbs. Available from volquartsen.com or cabelas.com

I'm in Alaska preparing to drive back to the lower 48, can I pick some 10/22 mags on my way back, or do I need yet another aggrivating *** permit to do that?
