Mk 77/22

I'm working on a MK 77/22. It appears that the ejector claws are not holding the cartridge tightly enough. When the firing pin strikes the cartridge, the cartridge is being shoved forward within the claws, resulting in a light strike. The cartridges are scarred on the rim, giving evidence of this effect.

Has anyone else seen this problem? If so, is the correct solution to replace the bolt block assembly, and will Ruger do it for free? This rifle has not seen that much action, and should not be failing yet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
