Ruger Mini 30 brass deflector

I have a Stainless/Synthetic Ruger Mini30. I recently put a scope on it and the brass is hitting the bottom of the scope. Has anyone found or made a brass deflector for on of these. I have factory scope rings so I really dont want to install a new scope mount and also dont want to change to a shorty scope or red-dot.

well I don't think you would need much more than some padding on your scope and then just tape it on there but I don't know if that is what you are looking for
