Militarization kits

I heard someone once suggest that, while there are "sporterization" kits for military rifles, there should be "militarization" kits for civilian rifles. Well, how about an AR-15 style drop in stock for a 10-22 or a Mini-14/30? It would be based on a factory stock but would be fitted with actual AR-15 furniture. Would anyone buy? Or even wilder... What about the Remington 7400? Ok, time for the men in white coats to come and take me away, ha ha!

I seen a kit not too long ago that makes a 10/22 look like a WWII german machine gun!

Overpriced cheapo plastic. I'm talking an original wood or synth stock milled to accomodate metal inserts that connect to bonified AR furniture or furniture of similar style. Price would be $70-100, much less than the MG kit.
