The bottom one I've had for 10+ yrs...bought new...never a ftf or a fte...countless rds through it (likes WOLF)
Bought the 2nd newer style on a whim today...newer has "stippled" grip...flatter decocker (actually prefer the raised decocker on the old one)...and has the accessory rail for laser/light unlike the old style one.
Newer style also has a more rounded trigger guard than the old one.
Be damned if I know what happened...was looking at a '38 Tula 91/30 and wound up coming home with the new style P95.
Newer style is used but not abused...$285 out the door.
Been wanting one of the newer style ones since they came out...

Oh, I know what happened. So far I've been to the Gun shops three time intending to get a .45 auto, so far I've ended up with a Browning BPS pump, a Remington 7400, and a Ruger p89dc.
Nice looking guns, I always liked the feel of a Ruger. Like you said, I like a fist full of pistol. How are they for accuracy? I'm looking to replace my p89, and would like to stick with Ruger. Anything you can tell me would be appreciated.

good lookin pair ya got their, lol(talkin bout the rugers)
Ha, I think i have your old style P95's twin brother. I love that gun. Never had a problem with it. Glad to here you have had good luck with the wolf, I have been a little leary of tryin it, but I guess I will now. Always seems to work good out of my russian rifles. I do like that new one though. Thats the one thing I wish mine has was a rail for a flashlight.
P95 was the first pistol I bought myself. That thing was absolutely bulletproof. I shot it alot and never cleaned it. Gun never had any problems what so ever. Pretty accurate also
I have a stainless P89 that always, always shoots well. I put Hogue grips on it, and it is a little bulky and a little weighty, but it works very well for me, and it points steady and it hits where I point it. I like it very much.
Can you tell me how the P95 compares to the P89? Should I trade my '89 and go after the '95, or keep my '89? Is the 95 as durable as my 89?
I have two newer P95's, both cost less than my Sig. I bought them "just in case", and because I had a P89 that I liked a lot.
I blast away with both of them at the same time, at a big rusty iron frying pan. I don't aim with either hand, I just concentrate hard on the pan and let my brain tell my hands what to do. The human brain is the best computer in the world... try it sometime. Forget your hands, just laser in on the pan with your eyes and visualize... no lessons needed.
