ruger mk II .22 ejector

I recently bought a new ruger mk II standard model and shot somewhere in the neighborhood of 4000 rounds through it and my ejector has come loose. Has anyone else experienced this problem with these handguns? It upsets me that I have a new gun a little over a month old and its starting to fall apart on me. thanks, geberl.

Send it back to Ruger. They'll fix it. They always do!
