i have a ruger 10/22 what can i do to it to make it shoot better

I would talk to a gunsmith then choose a GOOD aftermarket trigger.
Once installed I would glass bed the entire receiver to the end of the barrel with the barrel band left in place for additional stabilization.

Go to rimfiecentral.com and you well find everything you need to know about modding the 10/22.
For very little money you can slick up the hammer/sear, do the jb weld trick on the sear. Bed the back of the receiver and the first two inches of the barrel, free float the rest of the barrel. Buy a target barrel or rechamber the stock barrel. If you want to PM me I have a .pdf with a bunch of mods I can send you.

With a 10/22 you can do just about what ever you want.

Buy the Walmart-Only Stainless Steel 10/22 for $389.98 with bull barrel and all the other nifty bells & whistles. It's got more goodies than you can buy seperately.
