I didn't see any threads regarding the new Ruger LCR snubbies. I picked one up last week and made a range trip on Friday. Long story short, it may be the best pocket gun ever made. The 13.5 ounce weight is only part of the story. The trigger is the smoothest out of the box short barreled revolver I have ever shot, and I have owned more than a few. The design of the little gun makes felt recoil of 38 +P loads easily manageable. Stick it in the pocket of your jeans and you won't know it's even there. This should be a huge winner for Ruger.
I've not tried one, but if the trigger is as good as my SP101, I know what you mean. Its actually funny. My mom gets all mad when I rag on her S&W's crappy trigger. Ruger did something right when they made their DA revolver trigger.
Peralta Kid,... +1 on the LCR Plastic Fantastic Revolver...Bravo... It will make a "Good Pocket Tool"... Beauty is only to be considered with a Man's Love for a "Good Tool"...YUP
I was at the range today and there were 4 local cops buying them for off duty carry, they said their department was endorsing them. If we had concealed carry here I would look into one.
I left Chicago 12 years ago. Ya gotta get out a that Liberal State, DSSHULER.
Come on out West, the weather is better too.. I now have car guns, carry guns, pocket guns and jeep guns.

The wife and I are really considering it, No work for electricians around here right now anyway.
Love mine. Shots great once you get used to it. Ran about 250 rds through it at the range. Thats all the ammo I had at the time. Good luck finding more for a while.
