You can go 1 of 2 ways. You can either top it with a red dot optical sight or you can install a conventional handgun scope on it. Personally I find a 2x scope darn hard to beat & is what I have on a couple of mine.

I have had different scopes on mine and have been using a holo for the past year. I really like the holo sight as it is easy to pick up moving targets (shooting rats at a local dump).
If your going to shoot paper only then a 2X or higher scope well be your best bet.

The holo for moving tragets can't be beat.

It depends on what you want to use it for. I have had a holo and a red dot on mine, and the red dot works best for me. But I used to use it to compete at my local gun range.

Personally, I'd not only opt for one myself, but I'd also recommend a red dot. Fast sight acquisition.

I concur with mcb. Red dot for targets, holo for hunting.

I like 2x scopes for rimfires. I had a MKII stolen with a 2x Simmons and put over several thousand rounds through it with no trouble. I believe they sell around $60 -$90 dollars and they are very compact compared to most variable power scopes.

I would go with a red dot if I did anything. However, I like mine with just the irons! Accurate little pistol!

Got a Tasco pro point red dot for mine. At 25 yds I can keep 4"groups and dead on. Just make sure if you go with the red dot its got several brightness settings. At 25 yds the brightest setting takes up the whole target . Lower intensity gives you a smaller dot and makes the target more visible.

I put a 2.5 x 8 Nikon Monarch on mine. I believe in overkill.
