does anyone know if a p-90 frame will accept a p-89 upper,and will it work,i can pick up all of the 9mm parts cheap and was wandering if it would interchange without modifications to my p-90,the magwell looks as though they were made for either mag,so can it be done without modifications?

I would say no...If I absolutely had to know I would write a letter to Ruger and ask them

Isn't a P90 a .45ACP and the P-89 a 9mm? I might be mistaken though. But if so I would think that that tolerances would be totally different on the two.

I've been thinking about getting a Ruger P Series...a stainless .45 ACP or .40 S&W

I'm a ruger dealer and I can tell you no they don't interchange without major gunsmithing.
