I have a Redhawk with the 7.5" barrel. It is strong as heck and accurate to boot. 2" groups at 100 yds is nothing to sneeze at.
I had a smith snip the trigger spring about 25 years ago, and have had no issues with the trigger. I bet you can buy a spring kit from Trapper for it now.
Either one well digest factory ammo with no problems, if you want to push the envelope then go with the Super Redhawk. Depends on what you want to do with it, concealed carry, target work, hunting.
