The Tikka

as it is a bolt action mated to a SAKO barrel and that wins the day in this comparison.

You can't compare a T3 to a M770.

It should be worded T3 vs M700.

I'd go with a Remington M700 SPS. I don't know what caliber you're looking for the rifle to be chambered in, but I guarantee that the SPS comes in it (almost guarantee it)

Remington model 700, not the 770. I havn't heard anything good about the later. I just got a tikka t3 and it seems to be an excellent gun so far. I just need to shoot it now.

DEFENATLY the T3 the only way u could compare the 770 and the t3 is if the t3 was missing the bolt...and the barrel....and the stock....then again thee ist much to compare the 770 to its ust that bad!
