Nightforce Mounts for L579 forrester

Hi All, just a quick question, hopefully someone can help.
Just a bought a L579 .243 , I'm waiting for my Nightforce scope to arrive, 3.5-15x50
My question is does anyone know what mounts to buy or suit this rifle? Not fussed with price as long as the mounts and rings are good.

Thanks all

I would get Sako rings. Leupold makes them for the Sako as well.

Roger this. Contrary to what you may hear from others, Leupold rings are made to the identical spedification as Sako ringmounts. Either properly tightened down are brute strong and extremely stable.
I would recommend getting the lowest that can buy and still clear the barrel.

If i were to buy the lowest rings for my rifle, would there be enough space when i raise the bolt to reload? Don't want the bolt to be hitting the scope, I've seen that they make them in Low-Mid-High. Just thinking Medium rings would be better thats all.

thanks for your input

I normally use Med rings, but I see you have a 50mm obj. I would measure carefully, it's gonna be close.

Look here to get a better idea:

Nightforce scope on a Sako L579 .243?

I'd be looking at Optilock mounts... buy once, but only cry once!
