Savage 17HMR Trigger

Would like to lower trigger pull on my 93R to about 2-3lbs. Any words of wisdom are welcome.

Welcome to Gun and Game. I lowered the trigger on my Savage 17HMR. Very easy to do, just get a small adjustable and an allen wrench to fit, if memory serves me right. I wish they were sold with the AccuTrigger, but oh well. There are some other companies that sell aftermarket triggers for it as well, just look at Natchez. They had some the last I checked.

No problem man. I have done a few trigger jobs, and this one was the easiest one I have ever done. After I removed the nut-you will see what I mean after you start adjusting it-I put a little superglue in to make sure the screw didn't back out. Juat watch out to not adjust it too far or else you can't get the bolt out of the action. So check it every few turns.
Hope it works well for ya.
