model 25, need parts

Hi, Ive got a model25 savage pump action rifle my dad gave me as my first gun when I was a kid. I think it was an arcade gun but it was a great shooter.It was let in a damp place for years and all the inter workings were corroded and froze up. If anyone has a model 25 that would be good for these parts please shoot me an email at deland48@yahoo.com. Thanks

Hello: Try doing a search for "Savage Parts" on the internet. There are several obsolete parts vendors other than Numrich Arms. Such as Bob's Gun parts or Popperts.
Beyond that I would suggest search Gunbroker.com and Auctionarms.com REGULARLY for parts or parts guns.
My hobby is repairing vintage .22's as a hobby. Which means I spend ALOT of time searching for parts. IMO, in most cases the parts can be found. Might take awhile. Patience and persistence are key factors. Hang in there.

Check with this outfit. Parts come and go quick so you may have to keep checking from time to time.
