what other brands make parts that fit savage's

does savage make a clip for a .17hmr higher than 5 rounds?

It depends on the particular model. Savage/Stevens/Springfield used the same designs, and a couple models were marketed by High Standard, some were sold under various 'store brand names' - JC Higgins, Westernfield, etc.

Best thing is to check the various 'house brand conversion' lists:

I think a 5 round mag is all they make so I bought 5! I just reload fast!!!
